 Small and hidden tasca, I have been frequenting the day of Portuguese cooking for years, or not ... sometimes small with a shared table, for lovers of food houses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi vaig anar, durant un viatge amb la meva parella, perquè el recomanaven en el TripAdvisor. No entenc com pot ser que ni tant sols hi aparegui. No es mereix estar en una llista de restaurants recomenats, independenment de la puntuació que tingui. El local es petit i atepeït de taules i cadires, cosa molt inexplicable en temps de pandèmia (impossible mantenir la distància amb la taula del costat). El lavabo és cutre i la porta ni tant sols té una balda per poder tancar-la. Amb el pretext de ser un lloc típic, han desatès els mínims que hauria de tenir qualsevol restaurant. La mestressa es força amable però el cambrer és un senyor gran que deu estar pensant en la jubilació i passa de tot. Feia temps que no veia un cambrer tant desmotivat.
No hi ha carta. Tenen dos o tres plats de carn i un parell de peix, depenent del que hagin cuinat aquell día. El menjar és molt bàsic. Carn amb arròs i patates fregides. Jo no sóc de peix així és que no recordo el que tenien de peix quan hi vaig anar.
L'únic correcte va ser el preu. Realment és molt econòmic, diria que massa i tot, però hauria pagat el doble de bon gust a canvi d'una mica més d'amabilitat i un local i servei en condicions.
I went there, during a trip with my partner, because they recommended it on TripAdvisor. I don't understand how he might not even show up. You don't deserve to be on a list of recommended restaurants, no matter what your score is. The place is small and crowded with tables and chairs, which is very inexplicable in times of pandemic (impossible to keep your distance from the side table). The sink is shabby and the door doesn't even have a shelf to close it. Under the pretext of being a typical place, they have neglected the minimums that any restaurant should have. The mistress is quite kind but the waiter is an old gentleman who must be thinking about retirement and goes through everything. I hadn't seen such a demotivated waiter in a long time.
No letter. They have two or three meat dishes and a couple of fish, depending on what they cooked that day. The food is very basic. Meat with rice and french fries. I'm not a fish, so I don't remember what fish they had when I went there.
The only correct one was the price. It really is very cheap, I would say too much, but I would have paid twice as much for good taste in exchange for a little more kindness and a good place and service.

During lunch hour you meet a varied mixture of people belonging to the working-class. Great atmosphere and a welcomed alternative to the tourist restaurants close by.
