★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend highly enough. The beautiful box of flowers was arranged exactly as I had requested, delivered as promised and for the price quoted. Even at a busy time like xmas and no matter how many questions, all communication was courteous and prompt. Altogether a delightful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience with Pequeno Jardim. Don't be put off that when you order online you get an email saying your order will be confirmed. I received a response from Joana immediately with details on how to pay, paid easily and from 11pm on Friday night when I made the order to Saturday morning my order was received, paid and delivered. The flowers were abosulutely spectacular and my friend was completely delighted. I will definitely use Pequeno Jardim again and highly recommend them if you are looking for great service and a WOW boquet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service! I've ordered from the UK through their website for my friends in Lisbon. Easy to use and really handy I can message them through Whatsapp, so I can double check if they can deliver to that particular address before I place the order. Really pleased they delivered it on the same day too and also gave me an update that it has been delivered ?. My friends was really surprised and happy to receive the flowers and said they were beautiful. Would definitely recommend and use them again and would love to visit the shop if I visit Lisbon in the future ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My request of contacting by WhatsApp to finalise the bouquet and talk details was fully ignored, which upset me a lot as I would have like to have options of changing the bouquet as I didn’t like the final version.
The opening of shop was delayed by 10 minutes which is a lot when you are getting late for important event and very nervous, nobody answered the phone when I called. When the guy came to open I told him was waiting for him 10 minutes he said oh and no apologies, which I consider was rude, so he didn’t seem like he wants to work at all. I had to say twice I’m here for pick up to get attention and my bouquet.
The only good things about the place is a good variety of flowers. But as you see on photo one of the flower already is very sad by next morning.
I am disappointed by the service that made me feel unwelcome by this business and by ignore of my request and also by absence of choice for package.
Answer to owner’s message: I left my watsapp number and asked to contact me and send me photos of the bouquet to confirm and this was completely ignored. And of course on the day of receiving the bouquet I had no time to change anything as I was already late thanks to your stuff laziness. Please read carefully message when you answer, looks like you ignore what I say exactly the same way as stuff ignores the requests. All the best, bye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing service. Left the place feeling like the happiest customer ever. I arrived with a subpar bouquet from a different florist. I did not want to offend the last florist so I arrived with a bouquet hoping Pequeno Jardim can save it for me. Their floral options were much more superior and fresher and was able to create 2 gorgeous bouquets from the old one. I even bought a third bouquet with entirely all their flowers.
They take their time and you can see the love and care they put into each bouquet. I especially love the way they wrapped each one with a different color paper or ribbon. Their presentation is *chef’s kiss*.
Oh and the price!! I couldn’t believe it! Each bouquet ended up being 27€. I thought being in Chiado the prices would be outrageous but nope…. Super affordable and just 10/10. Highly reccomend!
