Recebi uma orquídea comprada nesta florista( 18euros) passados 7 dias as folhas caíram todas. tinha o pe todo preto, o sítio onde caíram as folhas!!!! levei a flor a loja para que vissem que a flor já estava podre quando foi vendida!!!!!!!! A proprietária não estava ,deixei número de telefone para me dizerem alguma coisa, NEM SE DERAM A ESSE TRABALHO!!! DIRIGI ME A LOJA NOVAMENTE,DESCARTOU - SE POR COMPLETO..... NEM SEQUER PONDEROU MINIMIZAR O DANO. ASSIM SE AFASTAM CLIENTES . NAO VOLTO A COMPRAR LA NADA E VOU INFORMAR TODAS OS MEUS AMIGOS PARA QUE NAO SEJAM ENGANADOS COMO EU FUI!!!!!!! UMA FLORISTA FORA DA LISTA PARA O CASAMENTO QUE VOU AJUDAR A ORGANIZAR . I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! I received an orchid bought at this florist (18euros) after 7 days the leaves all fell off. the foot was all black, the place where the leaves fell !!!! I took the flower to the store so they could see that the flower was already rotten when it was sold !!!!!!!! The owner was not there, I left her phone number to tell me something, THEY DID NOT GIVE THAT WORK !!! HE DIRECTED THE STORE TO ME AGAIN, COMPLETELY DISCARDED ..... NOT EVEN WERE TO MINIMIZE THE DAMAGE. SO CUSTOMERS LEAVE. I'M NOT BUYING ANYTHING AGAIN AND I WILL INFORM ALL MY FRIENDS SO THAT THEY'RE NOT Deceived AS I WAS !!!!!!! A FLORIST OUT OF THE LIST FOR THE WEDDING I WILL HELP ORGANIZE.

Trabalho na venda ao público e aprendi que o cliente tem sempre razão, ou pelo menos dignamo-nos a dar a cara não deixamos um cliente à espera e muito menos dizemos que o cliente fez aquilo que nem sequer viram. Querem vender sejam humildes e saibam reconhecer qd enganam um cliente e tentem remendar o erro. VENDEM GATO POR LEBRE... Só para lembrar... quem tem amigas tem bons comentarios, podem nem sequer ser clientes!?? Don't take my money back! I work in selling to the public and I learned that the customer is always right, or at least we deign to show our face, we don't leave a customer waiting and much less say that the customer did what they didn't even see. They want to sell, be humble and know how to recognize when they cheat a customer and try to fix the error. SELL CAT FOR HARE ... Just to remember ... those who have friends have good comments, they may not even be customers! ??
