★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give more than five stars to this awesome shop because they deserve it. Minutes before our first ride my front brake broke so we went to Flow in search of help. The friendly staff tried to fix the brake even though they were super busy. That didn’t work so i ended up buying a new one which they installed and off we went!

Firstly it was a super deal on pricing and the guys at the store - all done over email with regular updates, and ebanking could not have been more helpful - Dani and Ale in particular.
They offered sound advice on the purchase and were extra informative on the shipping process. The shipment arrived in super quick time - shipped Wednesday evening arrived Saturday morning to my door. Great care had been taken in packaging to ensure no issues with shipping.
I would recommend this Shop to anyone looking for great service and a fair deal. They know their stuff and are passionate about what they do.

The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. He made the experience easy and despite the parts shortage was able to come up with some good alternatives. Thank you for your help!
