★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o prazer de me cruzar com esta empresa no sábado passado, no Delmar Café, numa noite especial.
Tudo estava a correr perfeitamente bem na minha despedida de solteira, até perceber que o restaurante tinha reservado a minha mesa no areal, sem luz, sem condições e numa noite fria.
Após tentativas da minha parte para solucionar o problema e até pedir o livro de reclamações, que não mo foi dado, cruzei-me com a Sara. Ai tudo mudou, disse á sara (sem saber que fazia parte de uma empresa externa) que estava muito desagradada e que apenas queria o livro de reclamações para ir embora. A sara mal percebeu o problema resolveu-o em 10min. Um problema que até então e para o Delmare cafe não tinha solução.
Obrigada por terem terem feito com que a minha noite não tivesse acabado alí.

 I had the pleasure of meeting this company last Saturday, at Delmar Café, on a special night.
Everything was going perfectly well on my hen night, until I realized that the restaurant had reserved my table on the beach, without light, without conditions and on a cold night.
After attempts on my part to solve the problem and even ask for the complaints book, which was not given to me, I came across Sara. Then everything changed, I told Sara (without knowing that I was part of an outside company) that I was very upset and that I just wanted the complaints book to go away. Sara barely noticed the problem and resolved it in 10 minutes. A problem that until then and for Delmare cafe had no solution.
Thank you for making sure that my night didn't end there.
