★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até ao início do ano nunca tive nada de contra a dizer, apesar de às vezes não darem as informações pedidas. Desde 15 de janeiro, e após 4 e-mails e 5 telefonemas, continuam a ignorar os meus pedidos de informação.

(Basta prestar atenção aos comentários que fazem às avaliações aqui para ter uma ideia) 0 atenção ao cliente mantendo o vosso ego profissional acima de tudo perdendo muitas vezes a razão que até podiam ter.

(Just pay attention to the comments you make to the evaluations here to get an idea) 0 customer service keeping your professional ego above all else losing the reason that they might even have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. É a única palavra com que consigo classificar o serviço prestado por esta empresa de gestão de condomínios. Peço uma informação, e a resposta a essa informação nunca chega. Telefone, nem vê-lo, ligo, ligo, logo, nunca atendem. Horas intermináveis em espera com uma mensagem de voz a enganar a dizer que a chamada será atendida dentro de momentos. No site diz ABERTO, e como aconteceu hoje a funcionária agora há pouco retribuiu me a chamada a dizer que hoje foi ao médico com o filho. Se não conseguem satisfazer as necessidades dos vossos clientes, não coloquem no site a dizer que providenciam um serviço de excelência. Se não têm pessoal para fazer face ás necessidades dos clientes, contratem mais pessoal..estão milhares de pessoas desempregadas. Agora é assim, quando é pra dizer bem, devemos dizer bem. Quando é para dizer mal, também temos que o fazer porque a vida não são só rosas e coisas bonitas. E sim, ainda sou cliente, o que espero ser por pouco tempo. Chamo me Hugo Tomé e sou proprietário de uma barbearia situada na Praceta da República em Mem Martins. Não recomendo está empresa. A ninguém.
Terrible. It is the only word with which I can classify the service provided by this condominium management company. I ask for information, and the answer to that information never comes. Phone, I don't even see him, I call, I call, therefore, they never answer. Endless hours on hold with a voice message deceiving that the call will be answered in a few moments. On the website it says OPEN, and as it happened today, the employee just returned the call to say that today she went to the doctor with her son. If you can't satisfy your customers' needs, don't put it on the site saying that you provide an excellent service. If you don't have the staff to meet the customers' needs, hire more staff..there are thousands of people unemployed. Now it's like this, when it's to say well, we should say well. When it's time to say bad things, we also have to because life isn't all roses and pretty things. And yes, I'm still a customer, which I hope I will be for a short time. My name is Hugo Tomé and I own a barbershop located in Praceta da República in Mem Martins. I do not recommend this company. To nobody.
