Conclusão, ao fim de quase 4 meses, ligaram porque alguém cancelou.
I made an appointment for a stove cleaning in May with this company and in store (in person), in which they said they would contact me at the latest the following week (the appliance was purchased from them and installed by them a year and a half before), they call me today, end of September, asking if I can schedule it.
Conclusion, after almost 4 months, they called because someone canceled.
