HORRIVEL SERVIÇO AO CLIENTE. Além das pranchas não serem um exemplo de resistência, precisei de uma factura de uma compra feita à 3 anos e não obtive resposta nem por email nem via telefone cujo nunca atendem. NUNCA MAIS. Exile all the way

Após comprar online o modelo low cost skimkid e a ter recebido em casa, enviei um mail para a loja com fotos do mau acabamento da prancha, na zona do "nose" e do "tail",mostrando a minha insatisfação perante um artigo novo. Não obtive qualquer resposta! Depois do meu filho ter usado a prancha durante as férias, o "nose" partiu... Mesmo na zona que tinha fotografado...A prancha não bateu, nem caiu...mas o dono da loja tem outra opinião... Como estávamos de férias perto da loja física, dirigi-me ao local para mostrar a prancha...e nunca fui tão mal tratado por um comerciante... Dizendo que a prancha partiu porque bateu...caiu... etc..etc...nunca assumindo a falta de qualidade do material e da construção. Antes de me fechar a porta na cara, perguntou se era para reparar, mas eu disse que não... Que o que queria fazer era uma reclamação! Ele ainda disse que se não gosto... para ir comprar a outro lado e que os modelos low cost são mesmo assim... A pessoa mais arrogante, altruísta e mal educada que conheci até agora. O meu filho de 8 anos ficou a chorar perante tal atitude! Vim embora, sem paciência para aturar tal pessoa e irei fazer a reparação ás minhas custas... Retirando a marca FOLHA que está exibida na prancha, pois recuso-me a fazer publicidade de um artigo tão fraco! Desta loja, nunca mais!!!!
After buying the low cost skimkid model online and having it received at home, I sent an e-mail to the store with pictures of the bad finish of the board in the nose and tail area, showing my dissatisfaction with a new article. I got no answer! After my son used the board during the holidays, the nose left ... Even in the area I had photographed ... The board did not hit or fall ... but the shop owner has another opinion ... As we were on vacation near the physical store, I went to the place to show the board ... and I was never treated so badly by a merchant ... Saying that the board left because it hit ... fell ... etc .. etc ... never assuming the lack of quality of material and construction. Before closing the door in my face, he asked if it was to be repaired, but I said no ... That what I wanted to do was a complaint! He also said that if I don't like ... to go shopping the other way and that the low cost models are still ... The most arrogant, selfless, impolite person I have ever met. My 8 year old son was crying at such an attitude! I left without patience to put up with such a person and I will make the repair at my expense ... Removing the LEAF mark that is displayed on the board, because I refuse to advertise such a weak article! From this store, never again !!!!

Son unos SINVERGÜENZAS. Me han enviado una tabla que no cumple los requisitos acordados. Han puesto un color de logotipo diferente, no han incluido el nombre de mi hijo tal y como indiqué y tal y como ellos aprobaron y confirmaron. Y lo peor, no contestan a ninguna de las decenas de mensajes que les he enviado a lo largo de varias semanas. Tampoco contesta nadie a los diferentes números de teléfono a los que he llamado. Una falta total de honradez y profesionalidad sin duda. Este era el regalo de la primera comunión de mi hijo y ha sido una decepción. No se la vamos a regalar y buscaremos otra opción de tabla y de empresa con más garantías. Mientras tanto seguiré insistiendo y no pierdo la esperanza de que este señor, Joan Barreiros, tenga un poco de empatía, profesionalidad y honradez y se ponga en contacto conmigo para darme una respuesta, una explicación o una solución. Porque es lo JUSTO. Tampoco descarto emprender medidas legales.
They are SINVERGUENZAS. They have sent me a table that does not meet the agreed requirements. They have put a different logo color, they have not included my son's name as I indicated and as they approved and confirmed. And worst of all, they do not answer any of the dozens of messages that I have sent them over the course of several weeks. Nor does anyone answer the different phone numbers I have called. A total lack of honesty and professionalism without a doubt. This was my son's first communion gift and it has been a disappointment. We are not going to give it to you and we will look for another option of table and company with more guarantees. In the meantime I will continue to insist and I do not lose hope that this man, Joan Barreiros, will have a bit of empathy, professionalism and honesty and will contact me to give me an answer, an explanation or a solution. Because it is the FAIR thing. Nor do I rule out taking legal measures.

[PORTUGUÊS] ATENDIMENTO AGRESSIVO AO CLIENTE - Má gestão de encomendas; - Formas de pagamento pouco práticas (apenas transferência bancária ou cheque/vale postal); - Não atendem telefones; - Ao comparecer pessoalmente na Folha Skim Shop em Loures, fui tratado com agressividade e desrespeito, de uma forma completamente inaceitável! Depois de concluir a minha encomenda pelo site Folha Skimboards, não obtive a respetiva confirmação. Tinha escolhido pagamento por transferência bancária, no entanto sem ter obtido informação de pagamento bancário. O estado da encomenda era "A aguardar confirmação do pagamento recebido". Como tinha alguma urgência, dirigi-me pessoalmente à loja em Loures, durante o horário de atendimento. O Sr. João Barreiros que me atendeu, informou-me que tinha demasiadas encomendas e que eu tinha sido avisado por email que a confirmação poderia demorar. No entanto essa informação nunca me chegou por email, nem foi apresentada na página de compra do website, apenas estando disponível na página de FAQs. Após algumas perguntas da minha parte, o senhor exaltou-se e começou-me a tratar de forma muito agressiva e inadmissível para com um cliente. Foi-me sugerido que fosse comprar a skimboard a outro sítio, que não teria interesse em vender, ameaçando cancelar a minha encomenda, por ter ido "chatear", quando fui pedir informações para proceder ao pagamento da forma mais rápida possível. Pior atendimento que alguma vez tive da parte do dono de uma empresa!!! Depois de deixar a minha prancha para reparar, foi-me dada uma estimativa de duas semanas para a reparação da mesma. Como não moro propriamente perto, tentei ligar passado duas semanas e meia para a loja mas sem sucesso. Foram efectuadas varias chamadas durante mais de uma semana e sem sucesso na mesma. Entretanto decidi dirigir-me a loja para saber se havia alguma previsão visto que nunca me foi dada uma resposta nem devolvida uma chamada durante mais de uma semana, e para o meu espanto quando sou recebido e pergunto se tem alguma previsão, o Sr. Joao Barreiros responde se eu sei ler o que diz no site da Folha no tom mais arrogante possivel para com um cliente! Sem querer discutir, decidi voltar para casa e esperar que a prancha tivesse terminada. Em anexo seguem as fotos da reparação que mais parece ter sido feita por uma criança de 6 anos. Não aconselho a ninguem a adquirir os servicos deste senhor que nao sabe tratar os clientes. Skim is my passion ...but Folha is not my choice ;)
Worst service I've ever had from a business owner!!! After leaving my board for repair, I was given a two week estimate to repair it. As I don't live exactly close by, I tried calling the store after two and a half weeks but without success. Several calls were made for more than a week and without success. In the meantime I decided to go to the store to find out if there was any forecast as I was never given an answer or a call back for more than a week, and to my astonishment when I am received and asked if there is any forecast, Mr. Joao Barreiros answers if I can read what he says on Folha's website in the most arrogant tone possible towards a client! Not wanting to argue, I decided to go home and wait for the board to be finished. Attached are the photos of the repair that seems to have been done by a 6-year-old child. I do not advise anyone to purchase the services of this gentleman who does not know how to treat customers. Skim is my passion ...but Sheet is not my choice ;)

Website is correct. Opens on Fridays and Saturday. Friendly manufacturer and seller. Can't relate today experience with previous reviews. Awesome board.
