Alem de melhor qualidade para o nosso bem estar, ainda temos otimos profissionais sempre ali para nos ajudar, incentivar e nos motivar a cada dia mais, é ginásio mais família, um ginásio igual não encontro em lado algum. Por isso recomendo de olhos fechados, adorei poder ali estar e fazer parte, espero que um dia possa voltar novamente.
Good what I have to say about Fonseca Gym.
In addition to better quality for our well-being, we still have great professionals always there to help us, encourage and motivate us more each day, it's a gym more family, a gym like that I can't find anywhere. That's why I recommend it with my eyes closed, I loved being able to be there and be part of it, I hope that one day I can come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento o Fonseca Gym, desde janeiro de 2020 e desde essa data que consegui um ganho de peso de cerca de 17 kg (sendo esse o meu objetivo). O espaço é fantástico, tal como os seus profissionais! Se tivermos objetivos bem definidos, e se estivermos dispostos a lutar por eles, o ginásio reúne todas as condições para os atingir! Frequentei vários ginásios no Porto e nunca consegui obter os ganhos de peso/força que expresso nesta crítica. Esses ganhos devem-se e muito ao trabalho feito pelos profissionais deste ginásio.
É de salientar também que o ginásio está em constante evolução e que neste pós-pandemia irá apresentar ainda melhores condições para os seus sócios.
Quero deixar também um especial agradecimento ao Luís Fonseca e ao meu "treinador" Milton Jeremias, por todo o apoio que me deram ao longo destes meses de treino.
Posso dizer que o Fonseca Gym mudou a minha vida! OBRIGADO.
I attend Fonseca Gym since January 2020 and since that date I have achieved a weight gain of around 17 kg (this being my goal). The space is fantastic, as are its professionals! If we have well-defined goals, and if we are willing to fight for them, the gym has all the conditions to achieve them! I attended several gyms in Porto and never managed to obtain the weight/strength gains that I expressed in this review. These gains are due and a lot to the work done by the professionals of this gym.
It should also be noted that the gym is in constant evolution and that in this post-pandemic it will present even better conditions for its members.
I also want to leave a special thanks to Luís Fonseca and my "coach" Milton Jeremias, for all the support they gave me throughout these months of training.
I can say that Fonseca Gym changed my life! THANKS.
