★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com o serviço pós venda. Após compra de uns ténis de criança, passadas 10 horas fui trocar os mesmos, pois o tamanho não estava correcto. Fui ter com o mesmo vendedor que ajudou com a compra. Recordava-se perfeitamente. A primeira questão que fez y foi "onde está a caixa dos ténis?" respondi que optei por não levar caixa e a resposta foi "sem caixa, não há troca", mesmo reconhecendo que os ténis tinham sido comprados há muito pouco tempo, e que estavam, obviamente, por estrear. Não recomendo de todo esta loja. Nunca me senti tão injusticado.
Bad experience with after sales service. After buying some children's sneakers, after 10 hours I went to change them, because the size was not correct. I went to the same salesman who helped with the purchase. He remembered it perfectly. The first question that asked y was "where is the tennis box?" I replied that I chose not to take a box and the answer was "no box, no exchange", even recognizing that the sneakers had been purchased very recently, and that they were, obviously, about to debut. I don't recommend this store at all. I've never felt so wronged.
