★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários até são atenciosos mas a falta de conhecimento principalmente no que diz respeito a peças de substituição é enorme. nem com o computador à frente e com os respectivos números de série conseguiu dar o material correto. Se dessem formação aos funcionários talvez isso não acontecesse.
The staff are really helpful, but the lack of knowledge, especially when it comes to replacement parts, is huge. not even with the computer in front and with the respective serial numbers could it give the correct material. If they gave training to employees maybe that wouldn't happen.

Estou a pensar recorrer a outro concessionário onde talvez tenham mais cordialidade com os clintes.
