★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capeões mundiais da lentidão em título. Não responderam a um único e-mail em 3 anos, atrasam-se sempre a comprovar um pagamento (boa forma de fazer algum dinheiro extra com pessoas idosas) e demoram uma eternidade a atender o telefone. (pelo menos atendem!)
World title slowness in title. They have not responded to a single email in 3 years, they are always late to prove a payment (good way to make some extra money with elderly people) and it takes forever to answer the phone. (at least they answer!)
