Situação para a qual não sabíamos e ligámos na esperança de obter melhores informações do porquê do erro de identificação. Poderíamos ter resolvido o erro logo de imediato, mas fomos brindados com a hostilidade do proprietário da empresa... Se é assim que trata uns "possíveis clientes" por telefone. É de louvar o facto de ainda se manter activo. Um bem haja!
Já agora... Caro senhor, de forma a que não entre choque com mais alguém que lhe ligue em dúvida do seu número estar associado individamente a uma associação pública. Procedemos à alteração!

Le 24/09 je me rend dans lapetite cabine face à l'embarcadaire pour prendre un billet pour aujourd'hui le 25/09.
Je pais 30€ et la dame me demande de venir a 11h40 pour un embarquement à midi.
J'arrive à 11h15, je dis bonjour et attend le signal devant la cabine.
La dame appelle un.couple de personne et les fait embarqués, je suis, montre mon ticket et, lebateau est pleins.... ( par ailleurs le bateau ne ressemble pas à celui sur les flyers)
Elle me propose un autez horaire le lendemain, sauf que le lendemain j'ai déjà booké autre chose et ensuote je prend l'avion
J'insiste pour me faire rembourser mais elle ne veux pas.
Je pars à la police, une dame très sympathique prend verbalement mes explications et appelle. Je sais pas ce qu'il se disent. Ensuite ces un officier de ma police judiciaire qui discute avec le prestataire.
L'OPJ revient vers moi et d'une maniere explicite et me dit " vous êtes arrivé en retard donc vous ne pouvez pas être remboursé" il me tend la main "tchaou" ey fait demi-tour du genre "dégage maintenant!!! Je suis bouche bé.
30€ de perdu.
Fuyer cette société pas serieuse ou alors pour clients soumis.

On 09/24 I went to the small cabin facing the pier to get a ticket for today 09/25.
I pay 30 € and the lady asks me to come at 11:40 am for a boarding at noon.
I arrive at 11:15 am, I say hello and wait for the signal in front of the cabin.
The lady calls a couple of people and puts them on board, I am, show my ticket and, the boat is full .... (moreover the boat does not look like the one on the flyers)
She offers me a different schedule the next day, except that the next day I have already booked something else and then I take the plane
I insist on getting my money back, but she doesn't want to.
I go to the police, a very nice lady verbally takes my explanations and calls. I don't know what they're saying. Then these an officer of my judicial police who discusses with the provider.
The OPJ comes back to me and in an explicit way and says to me "you arrived late so you cannot be reimbursed" he holds out his hand "chaou" ey turns around like "get out now !!! I am speechless.
30 € lost.
Flee this not serious company or so for submissive customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le doy un cinco porque salimos con media hora de retraso. El viaje fue muy agradable, tuvimos 3h para disfrutar y tiempo libre en la Ilha. Nuestro conductor y guía era biólogo y nos explicó toda la fauna y flora de la marisma. Además, aunque en el grupo había australianos, alemanes, franceses y españoles, se tomaba tiempo para explicar cada cosa en todos los idiomas.
En relación con el resto de empresas que organizaban el viaje, ésta es la de mejor precio.
I don't give it a five because we left half an hour late. The trip was very pleasant, we had 3 hours to enjoy and free time in the Ilha. Our driver and guide was a biologist and explained all the fauna and flora of the marsh. In addition, although Australians, Germans, French and Spaniards were in the group, it took time to explain everything in all languages.
In relation to the rest of the companies that organized the trip, this is the one with the best price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions réservé des kayaks en ligne dans la matinée pour 15h30.
L'employé qui nous a reçu a d'abord cherché à nous éviter en disant qu'il devait d'abord s'occuper d'autres clients et que nous devions patienter. Il est revenu 30 minutes plus tard en disant qu'il était surpris que nous ayons pu réserver pour 15h30 parce qu'il pensait avoir bloqué l'heure sur le site en raison de la marée haute, mais qu'il pensait que l'eau allait descendre et qu'il nous conseillait de patienter. Ce que nous avons fait. 30 min plus tard l'eau n'était toujours pas descendue, donc impossible de passer sous le pont pour sortir de la marina. L'employé nous conseille d'attendre encore... en espérant que l'eau descende et que nous puissions enfin sortir en mer...
Nous avons attendu jusque 17h. A 17 heures nous avons décidé de demander un remboursement étant donné que l'eau était toujours trop haute. L'employé était de mauvaise foi, ne s'est pas excusé et s'est embrouillé dans des explications bidons pour justifier SON oublis de be pas avoir bloqué les réservations de kayak pour cet après-midi.
Cela nous a fait perdre notre journée. Agence clairement à éviter!
We had booked kayaks online in the morning for 3:30 pm.
The employee who received us first tried to avoid us by saying that he had to deal with other customers first and that we had to be patient. He returned 30 minutes later saying he was surprised we were able to book for 3:30 p.m. because he thought he had blocked the time at the site due to high tide, but thought the water was going to come down and that he advised us to be patient. What we have done. 30 min later the water had still not gone down, so impossible to go under the bridge to leave the marina. The employee advises us to wait some more ... hoping that the water goes down and that we can finally get out to sea ...
We waited until 5 p.m. At 5 pm we decided to ask for a refund since the water was still too high. The employee was in bad faith, did not apologize, and got confused in bogus explanations to justify HIS oversight of not having blocked kayak reservations for that afternoon.
It wasted our day. Agency clearly to be avoided!
