The best is to drive down to the store as calling is less convenient.

They forgot to attach the oil filter, all the oil came out, and I was far away when all warnings went off! I then tried to call 5 times without getting through so had to call a different mechanic and get a rental car!
When I went back to them they said that I should have brought it to them and now their was no proof it was their fault! Complete lack of human decency and terrible mechanics!!! Cost me €300 on top of the €280 for the service and they aren't giving me a penny back! Outrageous!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a Skoda Kamiq from Forportil in Portimao in June 2020. The salesman Edgar, was very helpful and informative and he gave us a good discounted price and a fair trade in price for our Renault Captur.
The service centre has been good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hlo guys hi I buy the car last year in July 2021 when I done my first service in that time engine light come I talk with the service centre they ask it’s the sensor problem we order new sensor u wait I wait after he call me after I visit the service centre they check my car and after they said it’s the problem in water body after they give me appointment after one month when I visit the service centre they said ur car is out off warranty the guy there it’s name fabio he speaks very rudely with the clients I share my views now i take a legal action because my car is a warranty and he is not changing my part it’s very bad for Volkswwgen is a good brand but if the service centre give that type of service this is not a good sign still my engine light show in the meter I share the picture thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clean, spacious workshop and technicians. But a little disappointed repairs were not considered only part replacement. Sadly parts availability from VW prevented even this. So we came away unrepaired.
