★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I was expecting more. I was not this hotel guest, but I had to visit it. I can not tell you about the quality of service, but I can say a 5 star hotel should not have scratches on walls or doors. I am not sure my opinion should be considered , but may be they need to consider about what I highlighted. It suppose to give you feeling of being in a castle, but hmmm I did not get such a feeling .
