★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Executaram o trabalho que pedimos mas o atendimento foi desagradável, era quase como se estivéssemos a pedir um favor....chegaram a dizer que o que queríamos não era possível quando lhes apresentamos um prototipo do nosso convite de casamento feito por nós. Demora na execução do pedido e a elaboração do orçamento não foi transparente. Conclusão, o resultado do convite foi brilhante, está mesmo ao nosso gosto, mas foi à custa do nosso esforco e nada com o apoio da grafica que só nos tentaram desmotivar porque não acreditaram na viabilidade. Não volto a usar como fornecedor.
They performed the work we asked for but the service was unpleasant, it was almost as if we were asking for a favor .... they even said that what we wanted was not possible when we presented them with a prototype of our wedding invitation made by us. It takes time to execute the request and the budget was not transparent. Conclusion, the result of the invitation was brilliant, it is really to our liking, but it was at the expense of our effort and nothing with the support of the graphics that they only tried to discourage us because they did not believe in the viability. I will not use it again as a supplier.
