Mas a câmara municipal só gasta dinheiro com os mesmos de sempre que sugam e não trabalham. Para quando a troca de subsídios pelo trabalho comunitário?...Coragem para a mudança precisa-se, e respeito pelos que suportam os que nada fazem. Cleaning, graffiti removal, repair of urban furniture, arrangement of pedestrian zones and repaving are urgently needed.
