Gestor de loja constantemente a fazer pressão para fazer negócio, 2 dias antes do dia da escritura sou informado pelo gestor de loja de que as chaves do apartamento em questão não me seriam entregues no ato da mesma tendo eu que esperar que os moradores fizezem escritura da sua nova casa. Mais , o estado em que o apartamento se encontrava após aquisição do mesmo é lamentável , pertences dos anteriores moradores ainda dentro do apartamento/garagem e lixo. Mais acrescento , que nem todos os imóveis desta filial têm as plantas disponíveis para serem fornecidas ao cliente.
Um conselho : distância ! E muito cuidado a quem se compra casa .
