Acabamos por procurar outras imobiliárias onde a ajuda foi bem mais útil. Afinal não podem vender o dito apartamento porque FOI VENDIDO A OUTRO CLIENTE . Não se faz, falta de palavra, responsabilidade falta de profissionalismo. Retiraram me a força a casa dos meus sonhos, não há dinheiro que pague o desgosto e desilusão que sofro, não falando no dinheiro que gastei com reservas de móveis e despesas que tive. FRACCAO EXATA AREOSA . NUNCA Mais. They then sent a contract for the apartment, which if signed would have rendered all liability onto the tenants for any repairs and or maintenance. The Landlord would not have to repair anything and we would be fully liable for any and every repair. This is crazy, why would any tenant accept full repair and maintenance liability on an apartment that is not theirs? Total crooks. Avoid.
