Sendo que o serviço de escolha da hora de chegada é pago acho vergonhoso não cumprirem os horários.
 They don't agree with the times. The first time I ordered it arrived late and the second unilaterally changed the arrival time to half an hour later.
Since the service of choosing the arrival time is paid, I find it shameful not to comply with the schedule.
