Serviço de atendimento péssimo, tive que me levantar várias vezes para pedir alguma coisa. Menu de aniversários não vale o preço que é, uma entrada para cada um, um prato que deixa a desejar e uma sobremesa que nem se fala. Para além disto, estivemos à espera pela comida quase 1h30, sendo que estava reservado. O melhor foi mesmo o descafeinado, ainda que pedido duas vezes... Too bad, it felt like we were doing the house a favor by being there. Terrible customer service, I had to get up several times to ask for something. Birthday menu is not worth the price it is, an entree for each one, a dish that leaves something to be desired and a dessert that is not even mentioned. In addition to this, we were waiting for the food for almost 1h30, since it was reserved. The best was even the decaf, although ordered twice...

Falta de organização imensa, menu ficou de longe a desejar, falta de comunicação entre os serventes e o cliente, imenso tempo de espera. Foi uma triste experiência, não valeu os 20€ Saímos de lá, quase como se a nossa presença não fosse notada, visto que tudo que nos foi servido, tivemos que pedir repetidas vezes, quando já tinha sido antes reservado e combinado os pratos. Não chamaria o menu de chef, eu própria faria melhor. Birthday dinner, not recommended at all! Huge lack of organization, menu was far from being desired, lack of communication between servers and customer, long waiting time. It was a sad experience, not worth the €20 We left there, almost as if our presence was not noticed, since everything that was served to us, we had to ask again and again, when it had already been reserved beforehand and the dishes had been arranged. I wouldn't call the menu a chef, I would do better myself.

Os refrigerantes são servidos em copos quando no menu tem opção de lata ou garrafa de 1litro. As entradas vieram depois de estar 1h30 a espera e não vieram todas. A comida chegou fria e as batatas fritas geladas. Foi a primeira e a última vez. Quando pedimos para falar com o gerente foi sempre a empatar até irmos embora. Não recomendo a ninguém. 0 stars HORRIBLE service, we were a group of 13 people and it was all poorly served. Soft drinks are served in glasses when the menu has a can or 1 liter bottle option. The entries came after being 1h30 on the wait and not all of them came. The food arrived cold and the fries were cold. It was the first and the last time. When we asked to speak to the manager it was always stalling until we left. I don't recommend it to anyone.

You can see from the photos! Intimate, beautiful, modern, spacious place, good music, well attended, very friendly staff and the food well presented and tasty.
