★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei pedir ajuda na compra de uma peça para um frigorífico e o indivíduo que me atendeu, provavelmente o dono do estabelecimento, não teve qualquer simpatia nem vontade de ajudar.
Sendo a única empresa do ramo na cidade devem pensar que têm o rei na barriga e que podem escolher os clientes, pelo vistos o covid não afetou em nada esta empresa pois a receptividade a novos clientes é muito limitada, desejo que fechem, e depressa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vielen Dank an das Team von Frio Domesticos. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Backofen, außerdem hatte sich das Innenlicht verabschiedet, heißt, die Glühbirne.
Die Garantie des Ofens lief genau noch einen Tag....und zwei Serviceleute erschienen noch am gleichen Tag. Na ja, dass der Ventilator nach etwas Ruckeln sofort wieder ging, konnte man ja nicht ahnen, setzt sich wohl manchmal fest.
Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass die Glühbirne aber keine Garantieleistung wäre (logisch), aber sie kämen mit einer Neuen die nächsten Tage.
Da hier in Portugal viele Versprechungen häufig nicht eingehalten werden, haben wir nicht damit gerechnet, die Leute jemals wieder zu sehen.
Aber gestern wurde uns die kleine Glühbirne extra vorbei gebracht und wir mussten nichts zahlen. "Service" sagte der nette Mann!!!!

Many thanks to the team at Frio Domesticos. We had a problem with our oven, and the interior light had gone, that is, the light bulb.
The stove's guarantee ran for exactly one day ... and two service people showed up on the same day. Well, you couldn't have guessed that the fan would work again immediately after a bit of jerking, it probably gets stuck sometimes.
We were advised that the lightbulb would not be a guarantee (logical), but they would come with a new one in the next few days.
Since many promises are often not kept here in Portugal, we did not expect to see people again.
But yesterday the small light bulb was brought over to us and we didn't have to pay anything. "Service" said the nice man !!!!
