★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujitsu is an average company, but has several flaws.
This is not at all an IT company, do not be fooled.
The only benefit for you is if you speak a language different than English and Portuguese since they offer language bonuses. IT knowledge is not required to be hired nor is rewarded.
Procedures and management are not very helpful/logical.
First line has access to more bonuses than higher lines (2nd line does not receive language bonus for example).
The positive aspects are:
Employees get paid on time.
They give you your birthday as a paid holiday.
Public holidays and night hours are paid.
Most people are friendly.
Overall the company is fine but needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time with a job. Awful Homeoffice environment and lack of support. Management doesn't listen to you at all and giving you unrealistic goals impossible to reach. Equipment wasn't working very well had to contact IT Support several times and went phisycally to the office to fix. My advise to the hiring Manager. Don't hire people and put them on Homeoffice straight away as your Systems are Rocket Science and really hard to understand for somebody who isn't a rocket scientist. Listen to your employees and their suggestions
