Produtos regionais (farinheira, alheira, morcela, lombo...), alguns com incorporação de urtiga, o que lhes dá um toque especial.
São prendas fora do normal, para oferecer a amigos que gostem de apreciar boa e diferente comida.
Talvez vender umas garrafinhas de vinho da zona, não fosse má ideia ?
Pena morar tão longe, o que me impossibilita de ser cliente mais assíduo.
Friendliness and quality.
Regional products (farinheira, alheira, black pudding, loin...), some with the incorporation of nettle, which gives them a special touch.
They are unusual gifts, to give to friends who like to enjoy good and different food.
Maybe selling a few bottles of local wine would not be a bad idea ?
It's a shame to live so far away, which makes it impossible for me to be a more assiduous customer.
