Foi preciso ser eu a ligar todas as semanas para obter informações e mesmo assim não mostravam interesse em resolver o problema, apenas diziam semana após semana até ao dia de hoje que a encomenda chegava sem falta na próxima semana. Já estamos em Fevereiro. com esta situação de falta de profissionalismo e de descontracção por falta da empresa a querer resolver o problema, já não vou querer mais os seus produtos. Por isto tudo não recomendo de todo está fábrica a ninguém. Cumprimentos a todos
I placed an order for wood on December 6, 2016 and has not arrived yet. It had to be me calling every week for information and yet they showed no interest in solving the problem, only said week after week until today that the order would arrive without fail next week. We are already in February. this situation of lack of professionalism and relaxation for lack of company to want to solve the problem, I no longer want more of their products.
