★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta funeraria tem um colaborador sem qualquer educação, que recusou colocar a mascara quando interpelado nesse sentido durante o funeral e na sequencia de uma interpelação por um familiar da pessoa que estava a ser enterrada. A uma observacao verbal respondeu levantando a voz, sendo muito indelicado e provocando um grande mal estar entre todos os presentes. Nao tem qualquer formacao para lidar com o publico, muito menos pessoas que atravessam momentos de grande dor. Serviço péssimo verdadeiramente lamentável.
This funeral home has an uneducated employee who refused to put on his mask when asked to do so during the funeral and following an interpellation by a family member of the person being buried. To a verbal observation he responded by raising his voice, being very impolite and causing great discomfort among everyone present. It does not have any training to deal with the public, much less people who are going through moments of great pain. Truly pitiful service.
