Quando a moda passa por desenvolvimentos em áreas de nicho efetuado em pequenas start-ups, com a única ambição de serem depois adquiridas pelos grandes players do mercado, é bom perceber que há Organizações capazes de se reinventar e de serem ágeis na forma, pela qualidade e pela inovação e iniciativas que trazem para o mercado.

When fashion goes through developments in niche areas carried out in small start-ups, with the sole ambition of being later acquired by the major players in the market, it is good to realize that there are organizations capable of reinventing themselves and being agile in form, for quality and for the innovation and initiatives they bring to the market.

I would go back to work at this company without any problems. I just think that more monitoring could be given to employees in external customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falsas promessas. Há uns anos esta mesma empresa me aliciou para um estágio para ir para o estrangeiro na qual me iriam dar formação em tudo e mais alguma coisa. Mostraram forte interesse no meu perfil, muitas trocas de emails, e de repente deixaram simplesmente de falar comigo. Não sei se foi porque o projecto não avançou, se foi por terem arranjado outro candidato, mas não tiveram a minima honra em me dizer o porquê, apesar de todos os emails que enviei, e mensagens por skype, ficando eu durante tempos sem saber se deveria procurar outra coisa ou não.
Fake promisses. A few years ago this same company recruited me for an internship to go abroad where they would give me training in everything and something else. They showed a strong interest in my profile, many exchanges of emails, and suddenly they simply stopped talking to me. I don't know if it was because the project did not progress, if it was because they found another candidate, but they did not have the slightest honor to tell me why, despite all the emails I sent, and messages via skype, I stayed for some time without knowing should look for something else or not.
