Podem lá ir com o vosso carro com luz de avaria acessa, não vos atendem. Só com marcação, no meu caso 10 dias depois, quando o carro estiver pronto para ir para a sucata.
You can go there with your car with breakdown light access, do not meet you. Only by appointment, in my case 10 days later, when the car is ready to go to scrap.

Péssimo atendimento de oficina, as datas e horas das marcações não são respeitadas, dando desculpas incompreensíveis e sem nenhuma atenção pelos clientes, Indiciando pouco conhecimento técnico. Por uma pequena avaria a viatura ficou quase 2 semanas imobilizada na oficina, apresentando um orçamento avultado e uma proposta de reparação irrealista e que não correspondia à realidade da avaria, como se veio a provar após a intervenção noutro concessionário oficial da marca. Poor attendance of the workshop, the dates and times of the markings are not respected, making excuses incomprehensible and without any attention by the customers, indicating little technical knowledge. For a small breakdown the car was almost 2 weeks immobilized in the workshop, presenting a large budget and a proposal of unrealistic repair and that did not correspond to the reality of the breakdown, as it came to prove after the intervention in another official dealer of the mark. Lamentavelmente, carro comprado com a embraiagem gasta, e não assumem nada. Reportam que não foi comprado novo. Não foi novo, mas foi num concessionário oficial com 48000km e dois anos de garantia onde alegam verificar 100 pontos na viatura antes de a mesma ser entregue ao cliente.
Unfortunately, a car bought with the clutch worn out, and they assume nothing. They report that it was not bought new. It was not new, but it was in an official dealership with 48000km and a two-year warranty where they claim to check 100 points in the vehicle before it is delivered to the customer.

Após o carro comprado e com garantia deixaram de responder, processo para resolver um problema que eles deviam ter detetado antes da venda levou demasiado cerca de 4 meses. Lamentavel, péssimo apoio ao cliente.
After the car purchased and warranted ceased to respond, process to resolve a problem that they should have detected before sale took about 4 months too. Regrettable, terrible customer support.

I am calling fxp 10 time today. she pick two time first 1.00 clock she say after 2 hours call then we give impointment. After then i call 4.oo clock again she asked 6.00 clock call back know I call fxp Loures 7 time for impointment. two time she pick phone and cut the phone .what is this service for customers .this is not good service dealings with client . My car is not start that is imp for me to take
