Em agosto de 2021 solicitei reunião de condomínio a qual me responderam passados uns dias que iriam tratar da situação depois das férias. Dia 18 de outubro envio novo e-mail a solicitar novamente a reunião visto que não tinham cumprido com o prometido, não tendo obtido resposta. Dia 5 voltei a enviar novo e-mail e não obtive resposta
 I own one of the fractions of a building that this company manages. In August 2021 I requested a condominium meeting which they replied a few days later that they would deal with the situation after the vacation. On October 18th, I sent a new e-mail requesting the meeting again, as they had not fulfilled their promises, having not received a response. Day 5 I sent a new e-mail again and got no response
