Enviaram um técnico para fazer a revisão anual do sistema solar e ele usou juntas de diâmetro errado porque não tinha as juntas certas, mas garantiu-me que durariam pelo menos 1 ano. Ao fim de 2 meses já estava com fugas, estando a pressão abaixo de 1. Contactei a Galécia que andou a adiar o envio de um técnico. Ao fim de mes e meio de insistência, pedi-lhes para cessarem os telefonemas em que prometiam o envio do técnico (que nunca vinha) e comunicar apenas por escrito, pelo que deixaram de responder aos meus emails. Não falam comigo apesar de ter sempre comunicado com educação (talvez fosse esse o problema). Desaconselho vivamente esta empresa. Total falta de respeito pelo cliente e pelo assumir das suas reponsabilidades.
No after sales assistance. They sent a technician for the annual solar system overhaul and he used joints of the wrong diameter because he didn't have the right joints, but assured me they would last at least 1 year. After 2 months I was already leaking and the pressure was below 1. I contacted Galécia who was postponing the dispatch of a technician. At the end of a month and a half of insistence, I asked them to stop the calls that promised to send the technician (who never came) and communicate only in writing, so they stopped responding to my emails. They don't talk to me even though they always communicated politely (maybe that was the problem). I strongly advise against this company. Total lack of respect for the customer and the assumption of their responsibilities.
