Por erros cometidos uma vez por esses ditos "técnicos", pagam os clientes durante a vida inteira.
Não o aconselho, de todo a adquirir produtos desta empresa! Conselho de amigo.
If you could connect this company with 0 stars, it would do so! Technicians who should not be specialized, deserve 0 connotation points. A shame.
For mistakes made once by these so-called "technicians", they pay customers for their entire lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho a melhor das impressões da Galécia. Há muitos anos já (mais de dez) comprei-lhes uma caldeira que instalei numa casa que tenho em Vimioso, Trás os Montes. Ela avariou e foram de V Conde a Vimioso arranjá-la sem qquer adicional para o transporte do técnico e fizeram-no em tempo útil. Agradeci-lhes na altura e aproveito para lhes agradecer outra vez.
I have the best of Galician impressions. Many years ago (more than ten) I bought them a boiler that I installed in a house I have in Vimioso, Trás os Montes. She broke down and went from V Count to Vimioso to arrange it without any additional transportation for the technician and they did so in good time. I thanked them at the time and take the opportunity to thank them again.
