★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se não pedir por encomenda, o take away é incrivelmente mal atendido. Resposta á pergunta do que tem a sair mais rápido: é aquilo tudo que está escrito no quadro! Mas vai ter de esperar!!(por acaso tinha uma lista enorme, a maior parte para grelhar) mas não tinha espaço no grelhador para o que foi solicitado porque deu prioridade a todas as encomendas, nem tinha já o que foi pedido. Imagino o tempo que ia esperar se fosse para comer no restaurante. Quem está a dar a cara tem de ter paciência e atender os clientes com educação. Não admira que tenha falta de pessoal para trabalhar.
Total falta de organização, falta de comunicação entre colegas e falta de empatia por clientes "novos". Talvez tenha sido a 1a e a última vez. Ou será melhor atendido se for por encomenda apenas?!?!
Como é possível? Choco grelhado, temperado com raspas de citrinos. Nem senti o sabor do choco. ?
 If you don't order by order, the take away is incredibly underserved. Answer to the question of what has to come out faster: it's all that is written on the board! But you'll have to wait!!(I happened to have a huge list, most of it for grilling) but I didn't have space on the grill for what was asked because I gave priority to all orders, I didn't even have what was ordered yet. I imagine how long I would wait if I went to eat at the restaurant. Whoever is showing up has to be patient and serve customers politely. No wonder it lacks people to work with.
Total lack of organization, lack of communication between colleagues and lack of empathy for "new" customers. Maybe it was the 1st and the last time. Or will it be better served if it's by order only?!?!
How is it possible? Grilled cuttlefish, seasoned with citrus zest. I didn't even taste the cuttlefish. ?
