Nice people and service. Choose the one that faces Albufeira as it is much spacer than the neighbour one.

They no longer sell gasolina 98 (e10), which gives cars better mileage. So will only use in emergency.

Don't wait for the manager do resolve a problem, even when you didn't ask anything! Forgot my Continente Fidelity card. I asked the employee if there were another way to use my discount coupon. He told me it would work with my phone number associated to the card. Ok. I logged in, I checked. All right. Then I put gasoline in my car and come back to pay. The discount coupon didn't work because the employee couldn't find the phone number. He tried other times. He asked me of o had the Continente App, I answered "no, I always log in on the website". And then he phoned his boss because he did not know what to do. ( I was about to let it go because i had other things to do, but ok i wait for the manager). And then, here are the characteristics of the manager of this Galp Gas Station of Albuferra and his employee: - not listening not analyzing ( the manager makes his own conclusion of a situation without listening to the client, without analyzing the situation) - very rude, not educated, over reacting ( the manager was yelling at me, a client, without letting me explain anything and reproaching to me the fact that I was making losing his time, as if I, the client, was not losing mine!), - uncapable to manage a situation with calm ( I, the client, had to calm down this excited person wheareas I, the client, should have been the one unhappy ) - coward ( the employee, watching his boss yelling at me and reproaching to me a mistake he did, not me, a mistake that created this situation, this employee didn't say anything and let things happen!) - bad faith ( even after listening to his employee who finally told what happened ( except that he, the employee, decided to call his boss to come here, not me! I had no time to waste for 4 euros of discount over a bill of 70€! But I had time to waste not to be treated like that with such disrespect!), the boss carried on yelling at me as if it was still my fault and that I was making him lost his time). If I had known for 1 second about this situation, I would have gone to another Galp Gas Station. I will never go back this place run by such a pitiful and unsympathetic person.
