â â â â â O equipamento de Self-service, no sentido sul-norte, apresenta vĂĄrios problemas (nĂŁo sei se no sentido inverso tambĂ©m), jĂĄ relatados pessoalmente e diretamente para a Galp.
- Ontem, em passagem com o balcĂŁo encerrado, detetei que o ecrĂŁ estĂĄ com problemas de sensibilidade, sendo muito difĂcil selecionar o nÂș da bomba (um condutor anterior desistiu e nĂŁo abasteceu).
- A iluminação no local, que ao apagarem parte das luzes quando fecham o balcão, deixa a måquina totalmente às escuras. Ontem tive de recorrer à luz do telemóvel para conseguir ver as teclas do multibanco.
- Ao tentar utilizar os descontos do Continente, apenas aparece disponĂvel a opção para leitura do cĂłdigo de barras do cartĂŁo, nĂŁo aparecendo a opção para utilização da aplicação via nÂș do telemĂłvel. Com a de ontem jĂĄ sĂŁo 5 abastecimentos em que nĂŁo obtive desconto (penso que nunca funcionou desde a instalação do equipamento).
Não voltarei a abastecer lå até ter a certeza do bom funcionamento.
Self-service equipment, in the south-north direction, presents several problems (I don't know if in the opposite direction as well), which have already been reported personally and directly to Galp.
- Yesterday, while passing by with the counter closed, I detected that the screen has sensitivity problems, making it very difficult to select the pump number (a previous driver gave up and didn't fill up).
- The lighting in the place, which by turning off part of the lights when closing the counter, leaves the machine completely dark. Yesterday I had to use the light of my cell phone to be able to see the ATM keys.
- When trying to use Continente's discounts, only the option to read the card's barcode is available, and the option to use the application via mobile phone number does not appear. With yesterday's, there are already 5 supplies in which I didn't get a discount (I think it never worked since the installation of the equipment).
I will not refuel there until I am sure it is working properly.

â â â â â A funcionĂĄria por quem fui atendido era boa para trabalhar na DGCI(Finanças) como fiscal. Muito antipĂĄtica e nada compreensiva para as empresas. Nunca mais serei cliente desse posto Galp.
The employee I was assisted by was good to work at DGCI (Finance) as an inspector. Very unfriendly and unsympathetic to companies. I will never be a customer of this Galp post again.
