Ninguém para ajudar, lá fui seguindo os passos até que após usar cartão continente e talão, dado que tinha 2, usei o que tinha passado validade e o sistema em vez de me alertar, leu ambos os talões e não permitiu usar o válido, ficando assim sem acesso ao desconto de 8 centimos por litro! Conclusão, dado não estar nenhum colaborador Galp no posto, um abastecimento que seria vantajoso, ficou sem efeito e sem possibilidade de reclamar, dado que já liguei para o número da fatura e vai para a caixa de correio. Enfim, fica a GALP sem mais um cliente e consequentemente o Continente também, dado que acho inaceitável este tipo de serviço. Bad experience.
