 Employees speak ill of customers to others, my wife went to pay and only said afterwards that she wanted to deduct from the mainland customer card, something where we usually go, they always ask first if we have something to deduct, as soon as it came out by chance, my brother-in-law was behind and said super sorry for my wife for having to do the math again...
