M	M Sousa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 24 de Julho de 2019, eu estava a aguardar atendimento na área de serviço sentido Matosinhos Amarante e entrou um homem que se dirigiu para a funcionária (Catarina Cheta) dizendo: "Do you speak English?" esta acenou com a cabeça fazendo um sinal negativo, entretanto o cliente ao lado fez questão de ouvir o senhor e traduzir para a funcionária. O senhor apenas necessitava de ajuda para retirar a mangueira do GPL do depósito da sua VW Caddy de matricula alemã, pois não estava a conseguir. A funcionária rapidamente respondeu ao senhor. "... sei lá, agora não posso sair daqui, é puxar e pronto". O senhor completamente elucidado voltou para a sua viatura para tentar retirar a mangueira. Conclusão: "NO COMMENTS". Nesta situação como já me tinha acontecido antes tentei encher numa bomba supostamente em pré-pagamento, ridiculamente esta bomba apresenta quase a totalidade das mangueiras de abastecimento à direita nestas condições. O pagamento na bomba diretamente não funcionava (maquina) e recusaram se a desbloquear a bomba quando eu pretendia utilizar o cupão de desconto do cartão continente na sua totalidade. Acabei por não conseguir encher o depósito e ainda fui mal atendido durante este processo. Atendimento MUITO FRACO! Fui ainda acusado de não abastecer naquela bomba há mais de um ano, quando é o caminho que faço para o trabalho todos os dias, abastecendo sempre naquela bomba, no mesmo sentido.
