A programação diz que fecham à meia-noite e às 22:30 não queriam me vender um maço de cigarros. Nem explicações nem um pouco de empatia.
Some of the staff are rude and disdainful.
The schedule says they close at midnight and at 10:30 pm they didn't want to sell me a pack of cigarettes. Neither explanations nor empathy.

Unfriendly... Water was not allowed to be used. Also not against payment. Wasn't sent away very politely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau serviço. Funcionários lentos, e num modo geral antipáticos. Se tivessem outros revendedores da Galp na cidade, de certeza que mudariam. São intransigentes quanto ao abastecimento na bomba 1 e 2 mesmo até para clientes Galp Frota, quando o sistema de parents na bomba estáindisponível. A reclamação para a Galp também já foi feita. Dia 17 de Nov estive 25 min na fila para ser atendido. Lamentável o mau serviço que prestam. Deveriam de provar do mesmo remédio.
Bad service. Slow staff, and generally obnoxious. If they had other Galp dealers in town, they would definitely change. They are uncompromising about supplying pump 1 and 2, even for Galp Frota customers, when the system of parents at the pump is unavailable. The complaint to Galp has also been filed. On the 17th of Nov I was in line for 25 minutes to be attended. Regrettable the poor service they provide. They should try the same medicine.
