★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui só lanchar, mas o atendimento nas mesas tem muito para melhorar. Passam várias vezes junto às mesas e não levantam a louça suja, dá mau aspecto e demonstra falta de organização quando tem muita gente.
 I just went for a snack, but the service at the tables has a lot to improve. They pass by the tables several times and do not lift the dirty dishes, it looks bad and shows a lack of organization when there are too many people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirigi-me a este estabelecimento para tomar um café e ir com o meu filho à casa de banho. Fomos extremamente mal atendidos pela funcionária que estava de serviço, nem a um “boa noite” tivemos direito. Ainda me foi dito que “era uma vergonha pedir um café para ir à casa de banho”.
Foi apenas para um cafe mas certamente que se voltar a Águeda vai ser um sítio a não repetir
I went to this establishment to have a coffee and go with my son to the bathroom. We were extremely poorly attended by the employee who was on duty, we didn't even have a “good night” right. I was even told that “it was a shame to ask for coffee to go to the bathroom”.
It was just for a cafe but surely if I return to Águeda it will be a place not to be repeated
