★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tendo procedido à devolução de um de dois items comprados on line a Gant, e sendo essa devolução aceite, em vez de estornarem €84,50 na minha conta do unibanco, "enganaram-se" e apenas devolveram €8,45, em 03—09-2020, do que, naturalmente, só tomei conhecimento na sequência da recepção do extrato respetivo, já no corrente mês de Outubro.
Apresentei reclamação e aguardam-se desenvolvimentos.
Mas lá que "enganos" destes são inadmissíveis, isso são!
Having returned one of two items purchased online from Gant, and this return being accepted, instead of reversing € 84.50 in my unibanco account, they "made a mistake" and only returned € 8.45 in 03 —09-2020, of which, of course, I only learned after receiving the respective extract, already in the current month of October.
I filed a complaint and developments are awaited.
But that "mistakes" of these are inadmissible, that is!
