★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível , falta de profissionalismo, e de consideração e responsabilidade com o cliente em apenas uma semana adiaram 4x o conserto do carro, nunca ligaram avisar nem nada, tive sempre que me dirigir a oficina a pensar que ia chegar lá efetuar o pagamento e ter o carro pronto, para me adiaram pela 4x para o dia seguinte, valores muito elevados para o profissionalismo que tem, não aconselho a ninguém, nem voltarei a meter lá o carro, para não falar que não divulgam o orçamento do arranjo até o carro estar pronto uma estupidez feito eu várias vezes essa pergunta a longo do processo, oficinas muito melhores nos arredores não comentam o mesmo erro que eu ao por na primeira que aparece no Google!?
Horrible, lack of professionalism, and consideration and responsibility to the customer in just one week they postponed 4x the car repair, they never called to warn me or anything, I always had to go to the garage thinking that I would get there to make the payment and have the ready car, so they postponed me by 4x to the next day, very high values for the professionalism that they have, I do not advise anyone, nor will I put the car back there, not to mention that they do not disclose the budget of the arrangement until the car is ready I was stupid enough to ask this question several times during the process, much better workshops in the surroundings do not comment on the same mistake that I put in the first one that appears on Google! ?
