★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestação de serviço lamentável.. Ja por tres vezes tentei usar o serviço e por tres vezes nunca me chegou a botija do gas a casa.. ainda bem que tenho duas maozinhas e duas perninhas, caso contrário os meus meninos não comiam..
Lamentable service provision .. Ja for three times I tried to use the service and three times I never got the gas bottle home .. I'm glad I have two little girls and two little legs, otherwise my boys did not eat ..

Liguei para informar disseram que como um dos entregadores estaria de férias, só pela tarde, segundos depois a falar com a colega, ouviu se que nem tinham agendado a minha entrega, disponibilizando se para entregar no dia seguinte. Sério...?? penso que está na altura de reformular esse serviço. Se não ligasse para saber como seria?
Shameful. I scheduled delivery the day before, they guaranteed delivery the next morning, noon the next day nothing. I called to inform they said that as one of the delivery men would be on vacation, only in the afternoon, seconds later talking to his colleague, he heard that they hadn't even scheduled my delivery, making himself available to deliver the next day. Seriously ... I think it's time to reformulate that service. If you didn't care to know what it would be like?
