★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja do gato preto tem realmente coisas bonitas e interessantes ,só é pena que a gerente ou responsável não seja nada simpática,pois costumo comprar lá muita coisa,e a última coisa que lá comprei ,na altura da compra foi-me dito que não havia outra cor,passado um tempo volto lá e vejo que tinha a cor que eu pretendia,disse-lhe se podia trocar uma vez que nem sequer tinha sido tirado da embalagem,mostrei-lhe o talão,mas realmente a Senhora foi duma arrogância,que eu não esperava.E pena porque podia comprar lá mais coisas
The black cat store has really beautiful and interesting things, it's just a pity that the manager or person in charge is not at all nice, as I usually buy a lot there, and the last thing I bought there, at the time of purchase I was told not to there was another color, after a while I go back there and see that it had the color I wanted, I told her if I could change it since it hadn't even been taken out of the packaging, I showed her the receipt, but really the Lady was arrogant, that I didn't expect. It's a pity because I could buy more stuff there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rede Gato Preto é ótima, mas nessa loja do Arena eu não entro mais, comentei sobre um defeito em um abridor que havia comprado, falei que não possuía mais a nota fiscal, a gerente do dia me disse para levá-lo que seria trocado. Num outro estive com o produto é outra gerente disse que não poderia trocar porque sem NF, não poderia ser realizada a troca e ainda foi grossa quando tentei contar o que havia ocorrido. Não entro mais lá!
The Gato Preto chain is great, but at this Arena store I don't go in anymore, I commented on a defect in an opener I had bought, I said I didn't have the invoice anymore, the manager of the day told me to take it that it would be changed . In another I was with the product is another manager said that he could not change because without NF, the exchange could not be carried out and it was still gross when I tried to tell what had happened. I'm not going in there anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store! Every time I visit family in Torres Vedras, I stop in here, so I can bring stuff back home to the US. I've bought picture frames (some of the most beautiful I've ever seen), pillows, kitchen sets, kitchen utensils, mug sets, bathroom items, and gifts. I couldn't go to Portugal this year, but my sisters are there now shopping, and I cannot wait to see what they bring home. Oh, and every time I've been there, the employees have always been super nice.
