J	Josine Monalisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muito cuidado!!!!!! Tocam às campainhas dizendo que vêm fazer uma "atualização" aos contadores e perguntam quando estará o titular em casa. O que querem realmente é vender contratos. Se aceitarmos a atualização, eles abrem o contador e montam-nos com instalação deles. São vendas porta-a-porta muito agressivas. Chamei a polícia e o vendedor acabou por explicar que afinal não era técnico, mas sim vendedor. Só que na sua abordagem comigo (a cliente) ele dizia que vinha fazer uma atualização aos contadores e que identificou-se como técnico. Eles vêm com um colete de técnico vestido e tudo, a ver se nos enganam melhor. very careful!!!!!! They ring the bells saying they are coming to make an "update" to the counters and ask when the holder will be home. What they really want is to sell contracts. If we accept the update, they open the counter and assemble us with their installation. These are very aggressive door-to-door sales. I called the police and the salesperson ended up explaining that he was not a technician after all, but a salesperson. But in his approach to me (the client) he said that he was coming to update the accountants and that he identified himself as a technician. They come with a dressed technician's vest and everything, to see if they fool us better.

Very good service, I went to the citizen's store twice and they served me very well. COVID measures are well applied and with little waiting time.

Cortaram-me o serviço quando eu tinha ainda 1 dia para pagar , fizeram-me pagar um valor elevado dizendo que ligavam a luz dentro de 1 hora , quando paguei voltei a ligar e nada foi feito desmentiram a situação!! Os valores mensais são exagerados e eles uns aldrabões! Terrible service, deserved a report to the authorities!!! They cut me off the service when I still had 1 day to pay, they made me pay a high amount saying they would turn on the light within 1 hour, when I paid I called again and nothing was done they denied the situation!! The monthly values are exaggerated and they are crooks!

T	TundraWild on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a positive experience with Gold Energy. Sign up was easy (and English speakers were available and patient with my very poor Portuguese). Activation was done remotely with E-Redes. Once, the power went out during a bad thunderstorm and they solved the issue quickly. Lastly, as I'm moving back to my home country, terminating the account was easy. I downloaded a termination request form online, emailed it in and that was it. I think for those complaining they don't speak English, you're not in an Anglophone country so it's a bit arrogant to assume everyone should speak English.
