★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, pedi um croissant misto e trazem um de presunto, queijo da serra e rúcula. Pedi para trocarem e trazerem o que tinha pedido. Quando fui pagar qual não é o meu espanto quando paguei o croissant que veio errado. Abordei a rapariga da caixa em como não estava correto o valor, diz que está certo pois foi o nosso pedido. A não repetir com toda a certeza.
Terrible service, I ordered a mixed croissant and they bring one with ham, mountain cheese and arugula. I asked them to exchange it and bring what I had ordered. When I went to pay what was my surprise when I paid for the croissant that came wrong. I approached the girl at the cashier about how the value was not correct, she says it's right because it was our request. Not to be repeated for sure.

Mais variedade, melhor formação dos funcionários, pois quando disse isso a um funcionário, ele só me respondeu para ir come Los onde os tinha visto!! Não é resposta para quem tem uma casa aberta? ?
Being a croissant shop, it should have a special croissant, different from what you buy in stores. More variety, better training of employees, because when I said that to an employee, he only replied to go to Los where he had seen them!! Isn't it an answer for those who have an open house? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ para começar ja estive no espaço em Novembro e notei que a grande troca de staff. gostei bastante dessas vezes, mas esta ultima vez, meu deus, nao sabem nada, parece que nao ha um lider. gritam uns para os outros a fazer as mesmas questões que coloquei, uns a falar com os outros ou ao telemóvel, pedidos trocados, capucino frio, enfim, sem qualquer atenção ao detalhe ou ao cliente. nao sei que aconteceu com este espaço mas algo nao esta bem. a mim nao me apanham la mais
for starters i was in space in november and i noticed that the big change of staff. I really liked those times, but this last time, my god, they don't know anything, it seems like there's no leader. they shout at each other asking the same questions I asked, talking to each other or on the cell phone, orders changed, cold cappuccino, in short, without any attention to detail or to the customer. I don't know what happened to this space but something is not right. they don't catch me there anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered an ice cream bowl and the mango-orange juice. The service was quite slow but the ice cream bowl was very good. I ordered it with passion fruit ice cream and salted caramel ??and came along with some mango slices. It's quite of a big bowl... easily sharable but also enough for One sweet-tooth person :).
My friend didn't like the juice so much as it was a bit bitter - But that always depends on the days since they are made with fresh fruit.
I recommend but you should go inside and order if it's taking too long.
