★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Nothing better: ask a ice cream and receive a big smile asking witch taste. The ice cream it's good, but not enough soft like others around the cities. And I suggest happy music... ice cream+happy music = happy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice creams are very tasty with authentic and creative flavors that change occasionally with new creations. Multi choices of ice cream flavors, waffles, crepes, pancakes, cakes and a wide range of drinks & deserts. Everything is made by Sincelo and you can tell in the taste of everything! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and speak different languages. There is ground and 1st floor sitting areas. The place has been open for over 30 years and has undertaken a beautiful renovation in 2015.
I must say this is by far one of the top places I've eaten that kept their own product consistency for all these years, this place has been and still is my favourite ice cream place in Porto. Thank you Sincelo for keeping me happy since my childhood. ?

Everything has been carefully perfected over decades to provide the most beautiful and expressive flavor of waffle I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I have yet to find better waffles anywhere else. The staff are nice and the atmosphere of the place is super comfortable. An establishment that will grow old with the city until the end of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came at this place completely randomly but it has been a good surprise! The waitress was very nice and pleasant. But most important, ice cream are great and not so expensive for homemade! Perfect for a rainy afternoon ending!
