Péssimo atendimento. Só leva duas estrelas e não uma por produto ser de qualidade .
Although the product is great, it is inadmissible to take almost an hour to receive the requested items, and the lack of organization is such that they delivered products randomly and not by arrival.

O ano passado quando abriu fui várias vezes e o atendimento era muito bom, tanto o serviço de gelados como waffle era bem servido. Este ano não se compara.
Este fim de semana fui lá, pedi um gelado de 2 bolas com topping, mas como achei o topping pouco pedi para pagar por um extra e a senhora disse que não podia por mais extra, ridículo quando eu fiz questão de pagar por extra topping e não ia ser de borla. NÃO VOLTO, NAO RECOMENDO.
It was a disappointment this year, the service leaves a lot to be desired, one of the maids is super arrogant.
Last year, when it opened, I went several times and the service was very good, both ice cream and waffle service were well served. This year doesn't compare.
This weekend I went there, I asked for a 2-ball ice cream with topping, but as I found the topping little I asked to pay for an extra and the lady said she couldn't for more extra, ridiculous when I insisted on paying for extra topping and it wasn't going to be for free. I WON'T GO BACK, DON'T RECOMMEND.
