★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recusaram servir 2 cafés, às 22h15, alegando que não compensava e que teríamos de consumir também gelados ou waffles!!! A hora de fecho era às 22h30m. Aborrecimento, Indignação dos outros clientes e livro de reclamações foi o desfecho. Obviamente, a evitar.
 They refused to serve 2 coffees at 10:15 pm, claiming that it was not worth it and that we would also have to consume ice cream or waffles!!! Closing time was 22:30. Annoyance, indignation from other customers and complaints book was the outcome. Obviously to be avoided.

Si vous avez la bonne idée de venir en groupe attendez-vous à vous faire expédier par le personnel
Dommage de laisser une si mauvaise impression pour une première expérience qui sera donc la dernière…
If the ice creams and pancakes are quite good, the same cannot be said for the welcome.
If you have the good idea to come in a group expect to be dispatched by the staff
Too bad to leave such a bad impression for a first experience which will therefore be the last ...

Pancakes, waffles or ice cream are a treat for the eyes as well as the mouth, welcoming and friendly staff, ideal for a family or romantic outing ?. I highly recommend

Magnificent with the beautiful sunsets, the ice creams and the pancakes are magnificent! Very friendly staff! I strongly recommend this place! For what speaks French the staff speaks French! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude French man behind the ice cream bar, chatting to his friends when we arrived. We picked out our ice cream, but didn’t realise it was cash only. He abruptly pointed out the Portuguese ‘no cash’ signs. We speak English so didn’t understand the signs. So he then made us hand over our ID while he kept our €4 ice cream, while we found an ATM to pay him. Shocking and rude customer service. Do not recommend
