Nem resolvem as situações presencialmente, nem online nem fazendo reclamação por escrito no Livro de Reclamações.
Lamentável que num país que se diz desenvolvido ainda se esperem milagres!
Social Security doesn't work at all.
Neither do they resolve situations in person, or online, or by making a written complaint in the Complaints Book.
It is unfortunate that in a country that claims to be developed, miracles are still expected!
