Senão, na minha habitação, janelas muito mal limpas, pavimentação em cerâmico todo manchado de produtos de limpeza, ( preços horários muito acima da média), no fim quando me dirigi ao estabelecimento para reclamar do trabalho mal realizado e para fazer o pagamento ( mesmo assim), a proprietária reagiu com frieza, dizendo que de facto a casa era muito grande, não conseguiram terminar o trabalho, e que não tinham trabalhadores suficientes! E eu acrescento também que também teem falta de profissionalismo, sobretudo vindo da parte da gerência!

Otherwise, in my house, windows very badly cleaned, ceramic flooring all stained with cleaning products, (hourly prices way above average), in the end when I went to the establishment to complain about the poorly done work and to make the payment (even thus), the owner reacted coldly, saying that in fact the house was too big, they couldn't finish the job, and that they didn't have enough workers! And I would also add that they lack professionalism, especially coming from the management!
